Joe Horvath

Joe Horvath and his family started worshiping at Mt. Rose in 2000 when it began as a PCA mission work. He has served on the Session of Mt. Rose since 2007 when Mt. Rose joined the OPC denomination. Joe has been married to Konni for over 23 years and they have 4 active and wonderful children. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and remains a loyal Husky fan. Joe works as a manager in the office of the local electric utility in Truckee, California. In his time off, he enjoys hiking with his family, camping, kayaking, watching movies, reading poetry, and cooking on the grill. Joe also appreciates the health benefits of drinking a glass of stout or porter over conversation with friends and family. He is also slowly working his way through reading all those classic novels that every student should have read in college, but was sadly deprived of this enjoyment by his study of engineering at the time.

Mt. Rose is currently not meeting in person due to COVID-19. Click Here for Live Stream each Lord's Day @ 10:00 am.
